Hello! October 31st will be the ONE HUNDRETH week of demonstrating for better access to long-term mental healthcare in Newfoundland and Labrador. Our goal is to raise at least $5000 for the Jacob Puddister Memorial Foundation. How are we going to do this, and how can you help?

WRITE YOUR MHA

Please email your local MHA (find yours here) and send them an email asking them what is being done. It is even more impactful to ask specifics so they can be held accountable.

WRITE YOUR MP

Although healthcare is funded by our provincial government— our federal government also impacts our care. Ask for increase federal funding for federal mental health programs. You can find your local MP here. And did you know it’s free to send mail to any government official?
